This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. • Email list signup. When you join our First Look list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name and the appliance categories you are shopping for.
• Direct contact. When you call, email, or visit us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about the appliances or services you are interested in.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. Like most websites, we collect information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you view, the links you click, the date and time of your visit, how you arrived at the Site, and general location derived from your IP address.
• Device data. We may collect your browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, and similar technical information.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect the information above. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

2. How we use your information

• To send you emails about new inventory, prices, and store updates when you have joined our email list.
• To respond to your questions, hold an item for you, and provide delivery, installation, haul-away, and related services.

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at the address below and we will remove you.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
• Cookies and ads. See "Cookies and tracking" for how to limit tracking.
• Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Data retention

We keep your email list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contact and service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics providers.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including serving the Site over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links
